Shipping policy
Welcome to the movement. At Shiconic, we don't believe in waste. Every piece you order is uniquely crafted for you as soon as you place your order. This "made-to-order" approach is part of our commitment to sustainability—it helps us reduce overproduction and minimize our environmental footprint.
1. Fulfillment & Production Time
Since each item is printed or embroidered especially for you, it takes a little time to prepare:
Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to create your gear.
Once your item is ready, it is immediately handed over to our shipping carriers.
2. Shipping Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Here are our estimated delivery windows once the order has left the facility:
Netherlands & Belgium: 2 to 5 business days.
European Union: 5 to 10 business days.
Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.
Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Delivery times are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs processing or peak seasons.
3. Tracking Your Movement
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package's journey directly via that link or by visiting our "Track Your Order" page in the footer.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Within the European Union: No customs fees or additional taxes apply.

Outside the European Union: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country. Shiconic is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Shiconic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us (or our Belgian facility) due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if you think it has been lost in transit, please contact the tribe immediately at shiconic.tribe@shiconic.com. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
